A very old patch from what was formerly called TRUK, now called Chuuk and one of the four states of the Federated States of Micronesia.  THIS PATCH WAS WORN IN THE 1950'S WHEN THIS ISLAND GROUP WAS PART OF THE UNITED NATIONS TRUST TERRITORY OF THE PACIFIC UNDER THE ADMINISTRATION OF THE UNITED STATES.  DIVERS MAY KNOW TRUK (CHUUK) AS IT IS WORLD FAMOUS FOR ITS SHIP WRECK DIVES.  MANY JAPANESE SHIPS WERE SUNK IN TRUK LAGOON IN WORLD WAR II
